During the Home Staging Consultation we will review with the homeowner what’s needed to successfully move on the market. We will start at the curb, continue through their home room by room, and then venture out to the backyard. After the consultation, we will provide the homeowner & Realtor with a comprehensive "DIY" checklist in order to make the home the most marketable in the Des_Moines metro area. Should the homeowner desire, we can assist with some of the checklist items, or refer them to our approved contractors, painters, cleaners, etc, we can also help by providing furniture and accessories on a rental basis.
